Current research
My research applies behavioural science to respiratory disease and allergy, with a focus on understanding and promoting health behaviours, well-being, and patient care.
I have worked across several clinical trials, including RECUR, MySmartCOPD, and the Preventing Food Allergy programme, to develop and evaluate behavioural and digital interventions that improve health behaviours and outcomes.
My current research focuses on improving the self-management and care of people with asthma and co-existing conditions, including understanding barriers to effective management and how social identities influence the management and prioritisation of multiple conditions.
