Annabelle is a Senior Research Assistant on the UKRI funded (Food Aid Inequalities Rectified) Project, which aims to improve the quality of food aid provisions across ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓÆµ, the New Forest, and the Isle of Wight, by bringing together community organisations, local government, and fod aid providers.
Annabelle is a mixed-methods researcher with a background in biological sciences. She holds a BA in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge. Her PhD research investigated diet-based solutions for the improvement of food and micronutrient security in the UK, using a combination of analytical chemistry techniques and data science approaches to explore the impact of locally grown crops and food system leverage points as intervention devices.
