Aminayanasam is a Postgraduate Researcher based in the Stefan Cross Centre for Women, Equality and Law, ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ Law School at the ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ.
Aminayanasam’s research focuses on investigating and addressing gender inequalities in African boardrooms, specifically through reforms to current corporate governance frameworks.

Aminayanasam's research is funded by the Stefan Cross Centre for Women, Equality and Law.
Before joining the ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ as a postgraduate researcher, Aminayanasam worked as a corporate lawyer in the FMCG industry. She also volunteered with the Gender Parity Initiative as research team lead.
Aminayanasam has an LLB from the University of Lagos and LLM in International Commercial Law from the University of Aberdeen.
