I'm a UKRI/ESRC-funded PhD researcher at ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ Business School, interested in how work hours shape life beyond the workplace, particularly within families and across generations.
I ask why we work the way we do and what it costs at home. Using qualitative research, I explore how working-time demands become part of everyday family life and shape relationships, responsibilities and perceptions across generations.
My research seeks to connect scholarship with practice, contributing to conversations about how organisations can design working lives that work for both people and families.
