¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ
Dr Thalia DomÃnguez Bucio is a research fellow in the Silicon Photonics group at the ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ. She received her BS degree in electronic and computer engineering from the Monterrey Institute of Technology (Mexico, 2012) and her MSc in photonic technologies from the ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ (UK 2013). In 2018 she received her PhD in Optoelectronics for her thesis entitled "NH3-free PECVD Silicon Nitride for Photonic Applications" at the ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ. Her research interests lie in the development of new material platforms, particularly silicon nitride, for integrated photonic applications.
