Research project

Makers Box

Project overview

This interdisciplinary project brought together researchers from Education, English, and the Arts to explore how making can support creativity, inquiry, and learning. Drawing on contributions from colleagues across these disciplines, we developed a mobile making kit for use in schools. The kit is designed to encourage young people to think creatively, ask questions, explore ideas across disciplinary boundaries, and engage with the world through hands-on making.
