Kubra Yildiz is a postgraduate researcher at the ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ. Her PhD, funded by the Republic of Turkey Ministry of National Education, looks at the use of armed unmanned aerial vehicles and drones under international humanitarian law and international human rights law.
Kubra has a keen research interest in the employment of armed unmanned aerial vehicles and drones under the international humanitarian law and international human rights law.

Ms Yildiz received her Bachelor’s degree in Law at Gazi University in Turkey in 2017. She completed her LLM at the Queen Mary, University of London in 2021. She is also a qualified attorney based in Turkey.
