Chianu is a Lecturer in Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour within ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ Business School at the ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ.
Chianu’s research interest is in Human Resource Management, Employee Wellbeing, Management and International Business. He has published his works in several national and international outlets.
Chianu is currently working on projects focused on management, human resource management, wellbeing and international business
Chianu teaches management, human resource management, and organisational behaviour modules to undergraduate and postgraduate students. He also supervises undergraduate and postgraduate students.
Chianu completed his PhD at the University of Portsmouth. Before joining the ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ, Chianu was a Senior Lecturer in Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour at De Montfort University. Prior to that, a Senior Teaching Fellow in the same subject at the University of Portsmouth.
Chianu holds an MSc in International Human Resource Management from the University of Portsmouth. He finished his MSc with Distinction and was awarded the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) Prize for the Best Student. Chianu is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA).
