Chloe Dixon is a postgraduate researcher at the ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ within the department of Social Policy. She is funded by the South Coast Doctoral Training Partnership, and aims to explore the feasibility of a Working-Time Reduction Policy in a 'post-Covid UK' through investigating work hour preferences using a mixed methods approach.
