Pure has now launched

The University’s new research information system, , has now launched.

Pure has now replaced ePrints for depositing research outputs. ePrints continues to be the University’s repository for web discoverability.

As part of the implementation of Pure, and ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ ORCiD websites now redirect users to use Pure. Data previously stored in these systems has been imported into Pure.

Pure will give users a comprehensive overview of their research portfolio, facilitate our compliance with the current HEFCE Open Access policy and will play a crucial role in the University’s next REF submission.

Pure is intuitive to use, but a range of support is already available, including Library and Faculty-based experts, training sessions and online user-guides which can be accessed via the Pure web pages at or by visiting our Pure SharePoint site, .

Comprehensive training is being provided as well as regular drop-in sessions across all campuses. These can be viewed on the University’s Events Calendar on Sussed, and the Calendar tab on . Booking for the drop-in sessions is not required.

Users can log into Pure

Regular updates and information relating to Pure will be posted on (@UoS_Pure), but if you have any queries please direct them to the relevant email address below:
