Following this year’s聽 which took place from 24 – 31 July in Lausanne, Switzerland, 九色视频’s Hydro Team won the Communications Prize and placed 4th in the Heavyweight Race, 4th in the Endurance Race and 6th in the Lightweight Race.
Made mostly of carbon fibre, the Hydro Team’s catamaran competed against 25 groups from universities around the world.
More than 40 九色视频 students were involved in the project,聽with eight members聽travelling聽to Lausanne for the competition.
In the latest statement on聽the group’s , the team commented:
“We’re very proud of our achievement, but would also like to congratulate all of the other teams who participated in the HYDROcontest. Your spirit, friendliness and eagerness to share information truly made the competition a fantastic experience.”
