Swaythling and St Denys stationsÌýare approximately a 20 minute walk from the Highfield campus. The University is a member of the Ìýwhich seeks to develop the use of local stations.
Ìýprovides regular ferry connections between ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓÆµ and the Isle of Wight. Bus connections are available at each end of the journey (operated by Southern Vectis on the Island, and by Unilink or Bluestar on the mainland).
