New Students
Your ID card will be ready to collect over our Welcome Weekend on Saturday 12 September and Sunday 13 September, so long as you place an order with us byÌýMidnight on 31st August 2026Ìýand provide us with an appropriate photo for your ID card.Ìý
Students based at Winchester School of Art will be able to collect their ID cards from B37 Student Hub over ourÌýWelcome Weekend on Saturday 12 September and Sunday 13 September, or alternativelyfrom Wednesday 16 September at The Hub at WSA.
You will require an appointment to collect your ID card and a link to book will be sent to you directly via your university email address from early September. You will be able to ammend your booking at any time, and the system will always provide you with the earliest appointment.Ìý
If there are no appointments available, please do not worry and keep checking for availability as it changes on a regular basis.
Please be aware that New Students or students starting new courses will not be able to collect their ID card before the Welcome Weekend.
Returning  students
You will be contacted once your ID card has been produced and you will collect your ID cards from The Student Hub B37 Highfield Campus.
From Wednesday 16th September students based at Winchester School of Art will be able to collect their ID cards from The Hub at WSA.

Your digital ID card
You will be provided with a digital version of your ID Card once your order has been processed successfully, so if you will not be studying on campus, you will only require the digital version. This can be downloaded to your smartphone through theÌýMy¾ÅÉ«ÊÓÆµ app.
You will be contacted to confirm collection details, once your card has been produced.
