Dr Dianna Smith is a Lecturer in GIS within Geography and Environmental Science at the ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ.
Dianna worked on a project entitled "Identifying properties with meters (GIS)". The project used survey data from Ofgem 2016 and BEIS to identify and analyse properties with pre-paid meters.
