Dr Harry Annison is Associate Professor in Criminal Law and Criminology at ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ Law School, ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ University. This response is based on the research project ‘Exploring the Secondary Pains of Indeterminate Imprisonment: The case of IPP families’.
