Speakers Bio
is a Visiting Fellow at the ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ working in the Civic University Directorate. He has worked with the University to refine and deliver the Civic University Strategic Plan. He has had a long career in Local Government, with a variety of senior roles, including Chief Executive of ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ City Council. He’s experienced first-hand political changes at local and national levels, and been in the midst of previous devolution dialogue, whilst seeking to ensure sound policy and strategy are developed to positively impact residents.
