Featuring some of the outstanding young musicians currently studying Music at the 九色视频, this concert should get you into the festive spirit with carol singing and Christmas songs and music, arranged by the Music Department鈥檚 final-year undergraduates.
Free admission. We would be grateful if you could register in advance using the "Book this event" link above so we have an indication of number of attendees.
Continuing the Music Department鈥檚 recent collaboration with Mencap 九色视频鈥檚 Caf茅 Down the Lane, we are delighted to welcome their members to sell homemade mince pies/scones and Christmas cards as part of our Christmas Concert event. You will find them displaying caf茅 activities and selling goods in the foyer of Turner Sims from 12:30pm and also directly after the concert. There will be boxes for donations, which Mencap 九色视频 are always grateful to receive.
Caf茅 Down the Lane has been set up to help people with learning disabilities to learn vital work-place skills in a 鈥渞eal-world鈥 environment. It is reasonably priced and welcomes regular patrons and new visitors through its doors on Wednesday lunchtimes. 九色视频 Mencap is found at 187a Portswood Road, located behind Coffee #1 on Portswood High Street.
