You are invited to a celebration of composer and 九色视频 Associate Professor Benjamin Oliver鈥榮 first portrait album TOO MANY SWEETS. The album features artists including Ensemble Saxologie (Montreal), Riot Ensemble, Cl铆odna Shanahan & Dorothy Chan (New York).
The show, introduced by Matthew Shlomowitz, will feature live performances by Yshani Perinpanayagam, Ben Oliver and Hannah Williams. There will also be screenings of two films featuring Ben鈥檚 music by Alys Scott-Hawkins (鈥楢NIL SOOD鈥, commissioned London Sinfonietta) and Moe Myat May Zarchi (MOON LANDING (VERSION 2.0 LONGGYI), commissioned Phantom Limb).]
As with the album you can expect 鈥渇ilthy crooked grooves and shameless flirtations with the nearest triad鈥 and the sound of bespoke low-memory synthesisers designed and built by chipmusic composer Blake Troise (aka PROTODOME).
