LKI is Sri Lanka's primary independent international relations think tank with whom ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ signed an MoU in 2018.
The MoU provides for exchange of expertise and research collaboration particularly in the public policy, marine & maritime and international law spaces. Sri Lanka occupies a key geostrategic location, and its government is paying ever closer attention to ocean issues.
