Dr Stephen Watkins is a Part-Time Tutor in English at the ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ.
I completed my BA in English literature (First Class) at ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ, and my MA in Renaissance literature, 1500-1700 (Distinction) at the University of York. I returned to ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ in 2014 to take up an AHRC-funded PhD, through the (SWW DTP), on the seventeenth-century playwright Sir William Davenant. I am now a Lecturer in English at the University of Derby, but continue to teach at ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ on a part-time basis.
