How Students Access Counselling
Ìý
The ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ does not provide an internal counselling service. Instead, we work in partnership withÌýRandstad Student SupportÌýto provide professional counselling for students who would benefit from this support.
Ìý
Students cannot self-refer directly to Randstad.
Ìý
Access to counselling is through theÌýStudent Wellbeing Team, following an initial wellbeing assessment and triage.Ìý
Ìý
Students seeking support should contact theÌýStudent HubÌývia:
Ìý
You can also access wellbeing support by completing ourÌýÌýform, which helps us understand your needs and connect you with the most appropriate support as quickly as possible.
Ìý
Where counselling is identified as the most appropriate support option, the Student Wellbeing Team will make a referral to Randstad Student Support.
Ìý
Following referral, a dedicated Randstad Specialist will normally contact the student withinÌý24 hoursÌýto discuss their preferences and arrange an appointment with a suitable counsellor.
