Making use of the Graduate Capital Model
There are various ways across the ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ and at other universities, in which the Graduate Capital Model is being used to help students to develop life-long skills that will help them to navigate and negotiate their future careers.

Mentoring - students reflect upon, identify and prioritise gaps in their Capitals.  Mentors then support them to develop and work on their priority areas.

Curriculum content - academic colleagues designing programme and module content in line with the Learning Outcomes.

Placement preparation - supporting the career development of second year students as they apply for placements.

Tutorials - results of the Career Readiness Test being used to support conversations with students about their futures.
