Careers, Employability and Student Enterprise (CESE) offer workshops, events and resources to support researchers to reflect on the skills and experience they have gained, plan their careers and secure appropriate employment or further study.
The Beyond the Doctorate programme is a series of careers activities run by the Careers, Employability and Student Enterprise department in collaboration with the Doctoral College. The aim of the programme is to empower Postgraduate Researchers (PGRs) and Early Career Researchers (ECRs) to proactively shape their career pathways by developing their skills, confidence and networks necessary to succeed within and beyond academia.
